I have been delivering internal communication for government organisations for the past 12 years. I am responsible for creating innovative and engaging digital solutions for an executive non-departmental public body. Approachable and knowledgeable, I am a confident communicator and a respected team member. I am comfortable working across multiple teams and I am considered a trusted advisor by stakeholders. I have a reputation for understanding different views and providing quality services and professional advice. I establish process improvements that increase engagement and customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with stakeholders. I keep in touch with digital colleagues in government departments and organisations to be aware of the latest trends in digital communication.

I am a season ticket holder at West Ham United and have a family dog named Fred. I enjoy TV and films, going to the theatre, listening to music and ‘talk’ radio, I tweet mostly about football and I like to watch new comedians on YouTube. During 2020 I started to collect funkos!
